Position Overview
Support seniors with activities of daily living, companionship, and light household tasks. Make a positive impact in the lives of clients while enjoying flexible part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily living activities
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Provide medication reminders (non-administration)
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Report any concerns to supervisor promptly
Requirements & Qualifications
- Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Good communication skills
- Compassionate and respectful attitude
- Background check clearance required
