Home Health Aide (HHA)

Position Overview
Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. Help clients with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Follow individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Must pass background check and drug screening
