Position Overview
Utilize your CNA skills to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor vital signs and report changes
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Document care provided and client status
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team
- Follow care plans and maintain client dignity
Requirements & Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNA
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently
- Background check and drug screening required
